Frequently asked questions

Yes. Choosing another paid plan shows what you have now, what you are moving to, the price difference, and the date it starts, before any payment. An upgrade is charged when you confirm and starts that day. A cheaper paid plan also starts that day, and unused time is credited on the next invoice. Listings you have already published stay live.

Dealer plans start from Dealer Starter. Private sellers can list one van free on the Private sellers tab. A dealer plan includes a dealer profile and stock tools.

Listings you have already published stay live, including after you move to a smaller plan. You can add another van once you are back within your plan limit. Marking a van as sold or deleting it frees a slot. When the subscription that covered them has ended, listings beyond the plan you have left come off the site. Listings within that plan stay live.

Yes, all dealer plans support bulk CSV imports so you can upload your full inventory in seconds. Managed Stock Sync is also available.

Absolutely. Every dealer gets a branded landing page with logo, description, social links and all your live stock.

Team invites are included on Dealer Starter, Dealer Pro and Dealer Elite. A dealer account on the free listing cap cannot invite staff.

API access is included on Dealer Pro and Dealer Elite. Dealer Starter and a dealer account on the free listing cap cannot create API keys.

A dealer account with no paid plan keeps the dealer profile and a cap of 1 active listing. API access, team invites, homepage featuring, priority search and the dealer badge turn on when the active plan includes them.

Dealer plans are for dealer accounts. Private plans are for private sellers. Checkout accepts a plan that matches the account.
