1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vans4Sale you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The Platform

Vans4Sale is operated by Traction Tactics Limited, trading as Vans4Sale, registered at The Old Farm Barns, Lowlands Farm, West Meon, Hampshire, GU32 1JS (company number 15309473). We provide an online marketplace for buyers and sellers of new and used vans. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and do not own, inspect or guarantee any vehicle listed.

3. User Accounts

- You must be 18 or older to create an account.

- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

- You must provide accurate information when registering and creating listings.

- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

4. Listings

- Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing content.

- Listings must be for genuine vehicles owned by or under the control of the seller.

- Fraudulent, misleading or illegal listings are prohibited and will be removed.

- We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.

5. Buyer Responsibility

- Vans4Sale is a listings platform only. All due diligence, inspections and negotiation are the buyer's responsibility.

- We strongly recommend an independent vehicle inspection before purchase.

- Vans4Sale accepts no liability for any transaction, vehicle condition or dispute between buyer and seller.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: scrape or copy data without permission; use the platform for spam or phishing; attempt to hack or disrupt our systems; post false reviews or ratings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Vans4Sale (excluding user-submitted listings) is owned by Traction Tactics Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traction Tactics Limited's liability for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to £100.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
