1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of vans-4-sale.co.uk operated by Traction Tactics Limited trading as Vans4Sale. By creating an account or listing a van you agree to these terms.

2. Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listing content, pricing and contact details. We may remove listings that are misleading, unlawful or abusive.

3. Accounts

Keep your login credentials secure. You must not share accounts or attempt to access another user's data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.

4. Fees

Private sellers may list subject to current plan limits. Dealer subscription fees are charged as described on the pricing page and via Stripe.

5. Liability

Vans4Sale is a marketplace. Transactions are between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee vehicle condition, title or fitness for purpose.
