Stock Sync FAQs
We only sync sites you own or have authority to list from. You grant permission when you enquire or connect Stock Sync in your dealer dashboard. We never scrape competitors.
Either works. Dealers with a JSON or CSV feed can connect it in the dashboard. If you only have a website, we configure our in-house stock sync scraper (or a managed setup) to extract titles, prices, images and specs for you.
Scheduled runs can be daily, twice daily or hourly depending on your dealer plan. Changed and new vehicles sync; unchanged stock is skipped to avoid duplicates.
Sold or removed vehicles are detected on the next sync and marked accordingly on Vans 4 Sale so buyers are not chasing unavailable stock.
Yes, where your site exposes them. We pull gallery images and core specs (price, mileage, year, fuel, body type) so listings go live complete.
Most dealer websites are assessed within one business day. Self-serve feed connections can go live the same day; managed website scrape setup typically goes live within a few days once we confirm field mapping.
