How do I contact a dealer?
Open the van listing and use the call, email, or website button. Those open your own phone, mail app, or browser. What you say after that is between you and the dealer.
How do favourites work?
Favourites stay on your device. The app does not ask you to create an account. Removing the app removes them.
Where are recently viewed vans and saved searches kept?
Recently viewed vans and saved searches stay on your device as well. They are not sent to us, and removing the app removes them.
Why might the app show different stock from the website?
Stock updates continuously. Pull to refresh in the app to load the latest listings.
How do I report a problem?
Email [email protected] and describe what you were doing when the problem happened.
